The Princeton ReviewAv. Rating: 2 (1 reviews)
The Princeton Review was co-founded in the early 1980s by a college student who was tutoring students for the SAT in NYC. It’s come a long way since then, with more than 4,000 teachers in the USA and Canada, with international franchises in 14 countries. The Princeton Review offers courses that include the usual ACT, PSAT, SAT, GRE, LSAT, and MCAT. In addition to these admissions tests, they also offer 6-hour AP cram courses as well as professional prep courses such as the CFA and the USMLE. For those who are looking for tutoring, TPR is partnered with tutor.com to offer tutors in over 60 subjects, covering grades 4-12.
All courses from The Princeton Review come with a higher score guarantee (restrictions apply). Nearly all categories of test prep offer a self-paced option, an Ultimate course, and a tutoring option. Some courses will go a far as to guarantee a score of “x amount or higher,” which can be seen as confidence of their prep course. Should you need further assistance in admissions, TPR also offers an admissions counseling package, which comes at a pretty lofty price tag.
